Eva Aronian - Violin

Born in 1995 in Montreal, Canada, violinist Eva Aronian is a winner of the 2018/19 Sylva Gelber Music Foundation Award, and a 3rd-prize recipient at the Minnesota Orchestra Young Artists Competition (2019). She has performed extensively across Canada, the United States, France, Italy, Germany, and Norway, and has collaborated with many world-renowned musicians and composers, including Kim Kashkashian, Laurence Lesser, Robert MacDonald, Anthony Marwood, Jörg Widmann, and members of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. Ms. Aronian was a teaching assistant to her mentor, Donald Weilerstein, at the New England Conservatory where she received her bachelor’s degree in 2017 and her master’s degree in 2019. She plays on a c.1700 Giovanni Tononi violin on generous loan from the Canada Council for the Arts.
